I have worked in both private and public sectors and developed a career that spans over two decades in governance at varying levels. I have extensive experience supporting large corporates, family-run businesses, not-for-profits and associations.
I have advised Chairs, Boards,
Committees, Managing Directors and Executives on implementing heart-centred corporate governance, enabling active and adaptive management approaches to deliver their business strategy.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Management, a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute, a graduate of the Governance Institute’s Effective Director Course, and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Intensive Course.
Good corporate governance leads to ethical business practices and financial viability. I have defined, rejuvenated and co-created governance frameworks and processes enabling effective decision-making in organisations.
I am passionate about executive coaching, guiding and providing thought leadership to Boards, Executive Management and Governance Professionals. I relish the opportunity to support leaders to enhance their effectiveness and mindsets to deliver co-created governance within their organisation at both the strategic and operational levels.
I am also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coaching Practitioner, a Fellow of the Governance Institute, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
